Stephi is on diet and want something light, so we had Vietnamese food for lunch in the basement of a building near our workplace.
We both ordered the dry vermicelli type.
Stephi had the seafood platter while Moi (still going strong on vegetarian) ordered the vegetarian vermicelli.

Flavor is just right, not too bland, unlike the Vietnamese food Moi and Toi had at Siglap not too long ago.
Moi’s vegetarian vermicelli was tossed in fish sauce and quite spicy but still bearable la.
