We ordered モダン焼き （modanyaki) where it's okonomiyaki with yakisoba ~ yummy :))
When it's about done, they will sprinkle 花かつお on top
Flip it over when it's done at the bottom
Add mayonnaise and okonomiyaki sauce and it's OK
(P.S it's really an excruciating wait for us...a test of our patience and endurance hahah so please order とんぺい焼き while waiting)
