Moi loves mooncakes :)

Especially snow skin ones, preferably in pink please.

Our office received boxes of mooncakes from hotels, here's one from Ritz Carlton.

Overpriced. Normal taste. Nothing special. We will not go back there again.

Dinner@Canelé Pâtisserie Chocolaterie

After finding out that they also serve pasta besides yummy Macarons there, Moi the pasta fanatic had to try it out!

Toi ordered the Amatriciana (luscious tomato sauce cooked with bacons and garnished with wild rocket leaves)

Moi ordered Mushroom Alfredo (yummy YUMMY!)

We also shared a bowl of cream of mushroom soup

BUT!!! Guess what!

In Toi's plate of pasta, there was a piece of broken hard plastic!!!

Seems like a broken piece of microwavable container...Unbelievable!

We would have expect more QC from a place like this!

We pointed out to the server and she apologized and didn't charge us for that plate of pasta, but still...how come like that???

Poor Toi...who never seems to have any pleasant experiences from dining in restaurants...

Lunch at Bao Today (OUB Centre) 包今天

Moi and Pastor Yong met there for lunch again.
Pastor Yong ordered the same dan-dan noodles.

歓送会ランチ＠三国志

One of moi's bosses will be going away to パリ for trois semaines.

So we had a mini sending-off party for him at Sangokushi (Robertson Quay)

The food there is so yummy!

Moi's boss bought a box of these heavenly delicious yummy Macarons for moi.

He said these tastes even better than those from Fauchon of Paris.

A group of us held a farewell lunch for 2 of our 派遣 colleagues.
We ordered so much dim sum! As there were 10 of us, we ordered 2 portions for each variety.

After an hour's swim, Toi was famished.

Highlander @ Clarke Quay

Moi and Toi joined Toi's friends for 飲み会 at Highlander (Clarke Quay).
After eating only half a portion of dosai, Moi had to have supper so we ordered the beer battered Fish & Chips.
