Peony Jade Restaurant (Clarke Quay)

We held a welcome lunch for our new colleague.
Ordered the S$408++ set menu
Peony Jade cold combination
Braised Shark's Fin with crab meat
Steamed Seabass with Crispy Soya Bean Crumbs (yummy)
Sauteed Fresh Scallops & Snow cuttlefish with Strawberries & Vegetables in a Yam Basket
Roast Chicken with Hot Sesame Sauce (yummy yummy!)
Sauteed Prawns & Vegetarian Goose with Spicy Sauce
Stewed Bailing Mushroom with Ginko nuts
Peony Jade egg white fried rice with seafood (very yummy, with tinge of ginger)
A cool refreshing Calamansi drink to aid digestion :)
Sweetened red bean paste with Lotus seed (yummy yummy)
