Raffles Hotel : Doc Cheng's

Moi and secretaries were given the opportunity to inspect Raffles Hotel.
After that, we were treated to a nice dinner at Doc Cheng's, which features fusion cuisines.
Naan was served before your food comes.
3-course set dinner is at S$75++ with 3 small appetizers, main course and dessert.
Moi chose the duck, vegetable tempura and Vietnamese chicken dumplings

The other secretaries' appetizers, so pretty right?

Moi's main course, spinach pasta with cheese in tomato sauce, moi lurves it!! Lamb chop

Cod fish, yum yum

Another type of fish, very yummy

Grilled seafood

Dessert for moi is sorbet with mango and a chocolate-filled crispy puff, so delicious!!

Doesn't the chocolate ring resemble the Singapore Flyer on this macadamia chocolate crunch?

Food there was yummy but expect to wait a loooooong time for the food to be served...
Probably cos they wanted to serve everybody at the table at the same time.

Bringing you around this little tropical country of Singapore (and sometimes overseas) in search of yummy food!
在这个巴掌大的热带小国新加坡,到底哪里有好吃的东西呢?
你一定会刮目相看的,就让我带你走遍全岛(偶尔离边境不远的邻邦),去探寻美味珍馐吧!
